My approach to care is all-encompassing; I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all answer! Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain weight, get in shape, or manage current existing health conditions, I will work with you one-on-one to find what works best and is most FOR YOU!

I will take the time to understand your medical history, eating habits, food preferences, and any challenges you face with nutrition.. We will discuss your daily routine, activity level, and any symptoms or concerns you have. Based on this information, we will create a realistic, sustainable plan tailored to your needs. This session is about learning, setting achievable goals, and building a foundation for long-term success. Bring your questions, and be ready to take the first step toward a healthier you!
